Track(ed) Changes is an impermanent public art project commissioned by Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) on the subject of Democracy. It was envisioned as a way to celebrate and share the depth of Chicago’s creative community via moving billboards that connect Chicago neighbors across communities. Its launch is timed to overlap with the Democratic National Convention, when all eyes will be on Chicago, and will continue running throughout the year.

Noel’s train design was all handmade with embroidery and repurposed textiles. All elements to Noel’s train were scanned in high resolution and perfectly sized to fit the trains template.
